Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and dock operations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition and operational continuity
- Utilize WMS software for inventory control and reporting
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Proficient in WMS systems (Oracle/JDA preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
