Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ night shift warehouse associates
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity
- Conduct quality control audits and inventory counts
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid forklift certification
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, weekends as needed
