Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 10-15 warehouse staff during overnight shifts
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce errors
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory control systems and reporting
- Address operational issues and escalate as needed to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
