Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and shipping processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, WMS systems)
- Generate performance reports and optimize workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handover
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification and forklift operator license required
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
