Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff during evening shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Oversee inventory management, receiving, and shipping operations
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Basic computer literacy and reporting software experience
