Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 night shift staff, ensuring productivity and safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with precision
- Implement inventory control systems and loss prevention measures
- Train and mentor new team members on warehouse procedures
- Maintain OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
- Collaborate with day shift management for seamless operations
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse experience with 1+ year leadership role
- Forklift certification and OSHA training required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
