Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person overnight team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce processing time by 15%
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift supervisors
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Train and develop team members on new equipment and processes
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime impact
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume distribution
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills for process optimization

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required
