Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 8-12 night shift team members, ensuring optimal productivity and performance
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment processes
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift and management teams
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory management and reporting
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience, preferably in night shift roles
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
