Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 person night shift team with scheduling, training, and performance coaching
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving operations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Conduct daily shift briefings and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 hour training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license
