Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift associates in receiving, packing, and shipping operations
- Oversee inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Enforce OSHA compliance and warehouse safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Investigate and resolve operational inefficiencies
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and incidents
- Train new employees on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate forklifts
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid forklift certification
- Associate degree in supply chain or related field
- Experience with automated conveyor systems
