Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team during 10 PM - 6 AM operations
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management protocols
- Implement safety compliance standards and conduct nightly equipment inspections
- Optimize workflow efficiency for 3,000+ daily order volume
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift supervisors
- Resolve operational issues using real-time data analytics
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide targeted coaching
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification and safety management expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean MVR
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
