Our state-of-the-art facility operates 24/7, and this critical role ensures seamless operations during the night shift. You'll lead a team of 10-15 staff, optimize workflows, and maintain safety standards while supporting our 24/7 supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 10-15 night shift team members with performance evaluations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for operational continuity and handovers
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Manage inventory counts and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Train staff on new equipment, software, and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience leading teams in high-pressure environments
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
