Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift team members including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Optimize warehouse operations for maximum efficiency and accuracy during overnight hours
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols across all night shift activities
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handoffs
- Manage inventory control systems and resolve discrepancies
- Utilize WMS software to track and report operational metrics
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift focus
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied temperature conditions
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid California driver's license required
