Responsibilities
- Oversee all overnight warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 night shift associates, fostering a culture of accountability and safety
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement efficient replenishment strategies
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Optimize workflow processes to meet productivity targets and quality standards
- Conduct daily performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience, with night shift preference
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in high-pressure environments
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
