Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates during night shifts
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.8% accuracy
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols across all operations
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition and handover
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and throughput
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and vendor relationships
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop team members' skills
- Resolve escalated operational issues with minimal disruption
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in night shift environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training credentials
- Proven track record in inventory control and supply chain optimization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Washington State driver's license and clean driving record
