Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members during night shift, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational transitions
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance scheduling
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Generate daily performance reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA certification and advanced safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
