Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle count accuracy
- Coordinate with day shift leadership for seamless transition
- Train and mentor new employees on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and optimize warehouse processes
- Generate daily performance reports and analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience, including night shift supervision
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
