Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 night shift associates with performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and data-driven decisions
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and transportation teams
- Conduct quality checks and resolve operational discrepancies
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and safety training credentials
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Strong communication skills for shift handoffs and team coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
