Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 person night shift team during peak hours
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift managers
- Train staff on WMS systems and equipment operation
- Resolve operational issues and maintain quality standards
- Generate nightly performance reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and equipment proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer literacy and report writing ability
- Flexible availability for occasional overtime
- High school diploma or equivalent required
