Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members during 11 PM - 7 AM operations
- Optimize inventory workflows using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols in high-volume environment
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with receiving/shipping departments
- Conduct performance reviews and skill development for night staff
- Manage inventory audits and cycle count accuracy
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for night shift efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift background
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation skills
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- High school diploma; degree in logistics preferred
