Responsibilities
- Supervise 12-15 night shift staff, including training and performance management
- Optimize inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Implement process improvements using WMS systems
- Conduct quality audits and resolve operational discrepancies
- Manage equipment maintenance and supply chain logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery expertise
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Flexibility to cover weekend shifts during peak seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
