- Coordinate inventory control, order fulfillment, and quality assurance processes

- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and facilities
- Train and mentor new hires on operational procedures
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
