Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 10-15 warehouse staff during overnight shifts
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Conduct daily performance reviews and address operational issues
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and productivity metrics

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification and forklift operator license required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in WMS inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
