- Manage and direct overnight warehouse team of 15+ associates
- Ensure accurate inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proven experience with safety compliance procedures
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
