Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift staff, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless cross-functional operations
- Train new hires on warehouse equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
