Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift associates, including scheduling, training, and performance coaching
- Oversee inbound/outbound operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Implement lean principles to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with logistics team to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for continuous improvement
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience, preferably in night shift
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
