Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct daily performance reviews and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns appropriately
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Proven night shift leadership background
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
