Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members, ensuring optimal productivity and safety compliance
- Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency and reduce errors
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce OSHA regulations
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and vendor coordination issues
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for leadership review
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates on equipment protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM shifts)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
