As a Night Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure safety compliance, and drive operational efficiency. Our Los Angeles facility is a critical hub serving the Western US, offering dynamic challenges and career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate 15-20 night shift team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Monitor inventory management systems and optimize warehouse workflows
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational transitions
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Resolve escalated customer service issues during night operations
- Prepare daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Spanish language proficiency highly desirable
