Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 member night shift team, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and warehouse security procedures
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and lean methodologies
- Coordinate with day shift leadership for seamless operational handoffs
- Resolve escalated customer/vendor issues during night operations
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Previous night shift supervisory role strongly preferred
- OSHA certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Valid Oregon driver's license required
