Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Optimize inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes
- Conduct daily performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues as needed
- Prepare daily productivity and safety reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 2nd or 3rd shift
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
