Responsibilities
- Lead 15-20 member night shift team in daily warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Conduct safety compliance checks and enforce OSHA standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
