Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Optimize inventory management systems using WMS software
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues
- Maintain accurate productivity and quality metrics reports
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery expertise required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work autonomously in high-pressure environments
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexibility for weekend shifts during peak seasons
