Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members in order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all warehouse activities
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and real-time data analytics
- Conduct quality control audits and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and transportation teams
- Manage inventory reconciliation and cycle count execution
- Implement corrective actions for operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
