Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift team members, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory accuracy and implement efficient receiving/shipping protocols
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow processes
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid driver's license required
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM, weekends as needed
