- Manage 15+ team members during overnight operations
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory control
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless handoffs
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Proven night shift supervisory background
- Forklift certification required
- Strong WMS system proficiency
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
