Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 overnight warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements

Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience, preferably in overnight operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
