Responsibilities
- Coordinate all night shift warehouse activities including inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch
- Lead and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse operatives during overnight hours
- Implement and maintain rigorous health and safety protocols across all operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems to meet KPIs
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve operational issues in real-time
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Prepare daily performance reports and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership experience in shift-based environments
- Forklift certification and advanced material handling knowledge
- Strong proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts including weekends
- First Aid certification preferred
