Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize warehouse operations using WMS systems to ensure 99.5% order accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for inventory management and shipping/receiving
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics
- OSHA certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
