Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift staff across warehouse departments
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment with 99.5% accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and conduct equipment inspections
- Coordinate inventory management and stock rotation systems
- Optimize workflow using WMS technology
- Handle incident reporting and resolution during night shifts
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Valid forklift certification (RTITB)
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- First Aid certification preferred
