Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift staff, ensuring optimal productivity and safety protocols
- Oversee inventory management, order picking, and dispatch operations
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for warehouse efficiency
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless 24-hour operations
- Generate daily performance reports and analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Proven night shift supervisory background
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- IOSH or equivalent safety certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for shift handovers
