Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-10 night shift team members, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols during all operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and cycle counts
- Coordinate with day shift managers for operational continuity
- Investigate and resolve workflow bottlenecks efficiently
- Train staff on new equipment and procedures
- Generate performance reports for senior management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in night shift environments
- IOSH or equivalent safety certification mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Valid forklift operator license
- Proven inventory management track record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
