Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of 15-20 warehouse operatives during night shifts
- Oversee all inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and order processing
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and compliance regulations
- Optimize warehouse operations through process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless handover and communication
- Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, picking efficiency, and safety metrics
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance evaluations
- Implement and maintain quality control standards across all operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience, preferably in night shift operations
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage large teams under pressure
- Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, SAP) and inventory control
- IOSH or equivalent health and safety certification
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Valid forklift license and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when required
