Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members, including scheduling and performance management
- Optimize inventory control procedures for accuracy and efficiency
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols across all operations
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct shift briefings and provide hands-on training
- Manage equipment maintenance and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Previous night shift leadership role required
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
