Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 night shift team members to achieve daily targets
- Optimize inventory management systems for overnight operations
- Ensure strict compliance with UK safety regulations and company protocols

- Implement process improvements for night shift efficiency
- Conduct quality control audits on outgoing shipments
- Manage shift scheduling and attendance records

Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience, preferably in night shift roles
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control methodologies
- IOSH or equivalent health and safety certification
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- Ability to work independently during unsupervised hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Valid UK driver's license (desirable)
