- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 warehouse associates during night shifts
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with UK health and safety regulations
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and performance metrics
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Conduct regular quality checks and resolve operational issues proactively
- Train and develop team members on new technologies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- Forklift certification and advanced inventory management system proficiency
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate night shift teams
- Knowledge of UK logistics regulations and safety standards
- Experience with WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
