Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift staff, delegating tasks and maintaining productivity standards
- Monitor inventory management systems, conducting cycle counts and resolving discrepancies
- Ensure OSHA compliance and implement safety protocols for all overnight operations
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition and operational continuity
- Process shipments/receives using WMS systems and maintain accurate documentation
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentor team members for professional growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification preferred
