Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping
- Lead and mentor a team of 12-15 associates with performance reviews and training
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and real-time data analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless handovers with day shift operations
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to management
- Conduct daily safety audits and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make autonomous decisions
- Excellent communication skills for multi-shift coordination
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
