Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Manage 10-15 team members, providing training and performance feedback
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspace
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless inventory transitions
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift reports
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's preferred
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, weekends as needed
- Forklift certification required
