Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight operations (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Implement and maintain safety protocols for all night shift activities
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Resolve operational issues and optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Generate and analyze nightly performance reports
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience, preferably in night shift environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
